The Qatar Career Fair 2009 brings together some of Qatar’s most influential establishments to attract Qatari students and graduates seeking career opportunities. As an Exhibitor you will be connected to one of the most important events of the year that will help meet your Qatarization objectives. Some of the reasons to be an Exhibitor:

QCF Theme

The theme of the Fair is “Your Future in Your Hands” expressing a message of ownership and stressing to Qataris that their future lies with them.

Layout

The general layout of the Fair is by village (sector) providing visitors a structured focus during their visit. Villages cover the following sectors: Government; Banking; Finance and Insurance; Energy and Industry; Health, Education and Sport; Others.

Whatever your budget or objective, Qatar Career Fair 2009 can help provide a solution so that you can get the best return on your investment. Several Exhibitor Package levels are available to you. Your financial support will also maximize your student exposure and your results during and following the Fair. Availability at each level is limited and is reserved on a first-come-first serve basis by village (sector).

There are five Exhibitor levels each with their own unique package:

DIAMOND     sponsorship level QR500,000

PEARL         sponsorship level QR300,000

GOLD            sponsorship level QR100,000

SILVER         sponsorship level QR35,000

BRONZE      sponsorship level QR25,000

Exhibitor Partnership Packages

As an Exhibitor at Qatar Career Fair 2009 you are eligible to receive further publicity exposure, and to promote your organization throughout the four days of the Fair, if you elect to participate in one or more of the Partnership Packages. Only Exhibitors have this privilege. All you need to do is financially support one, or more, of the following Partnership Packages. Partnership availability is limited and is reserved on a first-come-first serve basis

SEMINARS partner for QR15,000 per day

VISITOR RELAXATION AREA partner for QR60,000 per area for 4 days

INTERNET LOUNGE partner forQR35,000for 4 days

STUDENT CENTRE partner for QR3,000 for 4 days

Application

All applications must be submitted, via e-mail, on the official application form (fully completed). Applications are only permitted between 16 – 20 November, 2008 inclusive and 8am and 1pm daily. Awarding of successful applications will be based on the date and time of your organizations e-mail application and confirmed in writing from the QCF organizers. Full payment must be made within two calendar weeks of your organization being advised, officially in writing, of their acceptance.
